The Boxing classes at NorCal Fighting Alliance in Santa Rosa are for the ENTIRE family. We offer boxing for kids starting at age 6 on up to teens and adults. We offer the kids and adult boxing class 3 days a week, a great bonding experience with your child. We also offer a more competitive class 3 days a week for those that want to compete. With a stacked boxing schedule offered 6 days a week you are sure to reach your fitness and boxing technique goals. NCFA has professional fighters and beginners of all ages.
